Foel-goch (Voel-gock - Bare Red Hill) forms part of the Glyerdau, lying between Y Garn and Mynydd Perfedd.

Good views of Dyffryn Ogwen are seen with Pen yr Ole Wen, Carnedd Dafydd, Tryfan, Glyder Fawr and Elidir Fawr close by.
